The renovation of the linear apartment at Mavili Square in Athens, located on the top floor of a modernistic residential building, was a distinctive and architectural project. The client’s request was for a minimalist loft design, with minimal separation between spaces. Walls were removed, transforming the conventional flat into an open-plan space that seamlessly blends different textures and materials while maximizing the available natural light. Furthermore, the proposal takes full advantage of the outdoor space running alongside the linear flat, fostering a connection between the interior and exterior, creating a sense of continuity and unity between the living spaces.

This project was conducted in the context of Memneo Architecture and Thalia Sahinidi, co-founder, served as an integral member of the design team.
